Lessons Learned Through Thankful Hearts 💕

As my husband and I reflect on the past year, we are overwhelmed with all of the blessings and breakthroughs that we have encountered this year. This has definitely been the most life altering year we have ever had, AND with the adoption of our son and a baby on the way, we could not be more overjoyed!!

Even though we have seen God move in miraculous ways…..Our faith, hope, and joy has been tested as we’ve ventured into this journey of adopting!

We just want to say thank you to our families, friends and church community for your prayers, love, and support through this beautiful transition!! ❤️

We are also so THANKFUL for the life lessons we have learned and how we have grown in our faith and reassurance that God is in control and will ALWAYS exceed our expectations!

We have so much to be thankful for, and as we thought about all the amazing things that have happened this year, I felt compelled to share this truth with you. To help you activate peace and thanksgiving in every season of your life!!

We made the decision to stand on scripture and one of the main verses that we continued to repeat and declare is 👇

Philippians 4 6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

So beauties! This means, that when we trust that God is in control and we give ALL our anxieties to him, then we will have the freedom to give thanks with all of our heart, mind and soul and once we give thanks, this will activate peace and our minds will be Free from hostility and turmoil!!

REMEMBER THIS 👉 Trust fuels thankfulness and thankfulness activate peace. –  Priscilla Shirer
