When you feel overwhelmed and anxious about what the future holds, remember that with Christ, all things are possible. There is a peace and uncontained hope that comes when you give your cares and concerns to the Lord. When you feel anxious, remember that the quickest way to overcome your fears is to give thanks and then the peace of God will cover your heart and mind.
Todays Challenge: Instead of thinking about the anxiety that has been holding you back, dwell on all the good in your life. Make a list of 10 THINGS that you are thankful for. Keep this list with you throughout the week, so you can refer back to it when you feel anxious. Thankfulness fuels peace and clarity.
Philippians 4: 6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
