my husband has been experimenting with juices and Every juice that he has made as tasted so good. The consistent theme in all of the juices has been apples, because he loves apple juice but you can use the same fruit and all of your juices if that’s your favorite fruit as well.
Some of the other fruits and vegetables that we use are beets, carrots, cutie oranges, lemons, asparagus, spinach, kale, apples, grapes, strawberries and grapefruit. However, you have to be very careful with grapefruit because the flavor is very strong and it will overtake your drink.
Also so many of you girls have asked me what waist trainer I’ve been using since giving birth to our sweet daughter. Here is the exact one that I ordered off Amazon. I have had it for over a year and I have really enjoyed it and seen great results!
